did not include hxPolyK as it may not be the best triangulation and already haxelib. -does not include examples they are in my demo repo

looks good to merge, ill handle the cleanup part myself. this seems like quite a useful thing to add to vision.

on another note, i thought about implementing text drawing some time ago. Any chance you have a solution for that?
