Update README.md #21

I updated the formatting/grammar for the README.md, in accordance with the issue raised here: https://github.com/ShahbaazX786/tracker.io/issues/6#issue-2106114043.

I think there are still a few tweaks that can be made. For example, the link to the Live Demo is currently broken, and there's nothing written after "Or you can just go live here:"
