1.1.3 CFmask Metadata for PolarStereographic Scenes #5

I think it would be a great idea to include UpperLeft and LowerRight 
coordinates in the CFmask global attributes to help define polar stereographic 
scenes as South-Up.  I recommend the same format and content as used in LEDAPS 
1.3.1, as follows.

Would like to see this metadata added to PS CFmask products, and current 
attributes 12-18 renumbered accordingly.

Attribute #12: "UpperLeftCornerLatLong"  
 xx.xxxxxxxx, xx.xxxxxxxx  
Attribute #13: "LowerRightCornerLatLong"  
 xx.xxxxxxxx, xx.xxxxxxxx
