Added GUI to Number Guessing Game

Adds a simple Tkinter GUI to the original number guessing game, with all the same features. Possible issues could be:

• Adding better styling to buttons
• Adding dynamic resizing to window
• Adding replay (y\n) buttons at the end of each round
