pull vault container and run #12 #15

Ignore this pull request, I opened the vault container port to any IP.

In this commit I create a bridge between webapp and vault and create and read the secret with python. The vault is not open to extranel IP. In addition, I create a HTML for the nginx container and the nginx is communecte with the webapp. Sorry If it is not organized to do commit that should fix 2 issues.
