bulle sur footnote et annotations review

dans le corps d'un texte, on appelle des footnotes, des citations, etc. serait-il possible, car ô combien confortable, d'avoir une bulle ala Tooltips ?
dans le même temps je découvre SimpleTooltip et me demande si on ne pourrait pas s'en servir pour remplacer avantageusement le modèle commentaire
