  1. Renamed .md files to the widely-used nomenclature
  2. Grammar fixes, few links edited.

I don't understand what you did here. I see you renamed two files, but what do the other two commits do? Those changes are already in the repo. I don't see any new 'Grammar fixes, few links edited.'. Please help me understand.

True, the changes are already in the repo. But once I synced my fork, it said it was two commits ahead of your main branch. I do not understand the reason either, but I created this PR just in case there was a disparity. The only changes I made here are the file renaming.

Please make a new PR. Always pull latest changes before making new commits.
