remove -q command #157

In converting a PAL mpeg2 file to XviD using e.g. the XviD Widescreen preset
the error message "Please use -b:a or -b:v, -b is ambiguous" appears in yellow
in the text screen after the preamble.

There is no mention of the -b:v nor -b:a options in the help and although using
one or the other eliminates the error message, the progress of the conversion
and the output seem unaffected.

I'm using WinFF v1.4.0 on Win 7 Professional 32 bit.

Coming from the conversation [1], I believe the issue is not the -b:v or -b:a
option, but rather (quoting from the thread):
"""
I really think it is necessary to get rid of the -q commands if you
want to set a bitrate, e.g. GUI converters such as Handbrake 0.9.3,
Avidemux, XmediaRecode, etc. allow the user to select one of:-
constant bitrate -or- constant quality -or- file size.
"""

I need to confirm first if this last thing is really true.

Bitrates are now specified as -b:a and -b:v. So changing title accordingly.
