The preset for MP4 Fullscreen and MP4 Widescreen have two "-b" setting, making 
it impossible to overrule the current behavior from the advanced options.

Fix is trivial, just not committed or released yet.

I fixed that in the presets i used in win32 installer for 1.4.2
