Please support Chinese character

Hi,
Winff is almost the best ffmpeg frontend except it can't recognize
Chinese character in file name for me!
eg:

I have a video named 视频.avi, and try to convert it to mp4 formats,but
when I click "Convert", I will get some errors( see attachment). I have
to rename filename to English before convert.It's not convenient for me.
So, I wish Winff will add support for Chinese filename.

I test it in Windows 7 with Winff 1.4.2.

Sorry to say, but this is indeed a Windows problem. I confirmed that it works 
with your file name correctly under Linux. See bug 51
