Update to to ggplot2 3.3.0 #54

Update ggplot2 dependency to 3.3.0 and get rid of all coord_flip instances! https://www.tidyverse.org/blog/2020/03/ggplot2-3-3-0/

Turns out we only used coord_flip in mcmcCoefPlot, so I've removed it and updated the ggplot2 dependency to >= 3.3.0 in DESCRIPTION feee9f49eee6b69c505c207a846211c136d8ca52
