Chat resume after scrolling #11

When you scroll away from the bottom of the chat have a down arrow pop up somewhere that you can click and it will take you to the bottom of the chat instead of having to scroll to catch up.

Also when you send a new chat message it should auto scroll to bottom

If you are a certain distance from bottom don't auto scroll. Also hide scroll bars.
