Please review this commit, which aims to improve security by displaying a Warning/Notice on the Settings-Page, when the System is configured on standard credentials. It's also designed for more Warnings to come.

@bookking3000 This looks good to me, I don't see anything wrong.

I'm going to update this PR to merge into the develop branch first and then merge to main later.
