[Suggestion] Add the description on preview link #216

When sending a video, we should see the description we have put for it Can be interesting

The description should show up in the meta data of wherever you share the video so long as you are using the sharing link (i.e the /w/<id> link) if you share using the /w/#/<id> meta data will not show up correctly.
