Toggle Memory Position #9

Briefly describe the proposed feature
Want a command that will allow to toggle the line numbers to area to display 
Memory Position (as drawn from the ModTree line's GetMemoryPosition() method).

Currently the Memory Position is only available in the Tree view, which is less 
effective.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.66 (working

Have added new line number component and customized it to be able to display 
(i) line number, (ii) memory position, or (iii) file position.

Needs user controls in GUI.
