I am peer-reviewing Max's paper on Mental health issues linked to major crime. Strong positive points

The paper has a very interesting and in-depth analysis and discussion about the Mental health issue linked to major crime in Toronto. The paper is written fluently, which was easy for readers with no statistics or crime background to understand. The style of the paper is mostly uniform and clear to read.

Critical improvements needed There may be more information provided in the abstract. For why this matters. Adding one sentence all at a high level. need to add the structure of the article and findings in the introduction. in-text citation of packages and how and where to get the data required to be added in the introduction part. The titles of the paper are not well-constructed. The results may all be the sub-title in the data part. (refer to rubric)

Please consider adding/changing/removing: it might be better to add one sentence in the abstract all at a high level. Maybe linking the figure to the title, or adding in-text citations into the main content is better for readers to find the related graph. Also, the repository's name might be changed referred to in the rubric.

Score: 90 out of 100 The total paper is complete and fluent. The structure and the abstract of the paper should be improved.
