The part designators in the PcbDoc file and in the BOM file did not match. I simply reproduced the BOM file from Altium Designer and added the suppliers along with their part numbers
For example:
In the SwarmBots.PcbDoc, part designator D1 and D3 are photodiodes. Whereas in the swarmBots.xlsx, part designator D2 and D3 are photodiodes. This inconsistency create problems when trying to manufacture the PCB externally.
