Regarding names: I propose HazHe.

The prefix "Haz" is basically the same as "Has", which everyone including HasChor uses to denote that "we did X in Haskell".
The suffix "He" denotes that we're implementing the paradigm of He-Lambda-Small.
On the down side, "Haz-He" doesn't roll off the tongue, and pronouncing it "Hazy" brings in meanings that don't have anything to do with what we're doing.

Advantages of "MultiChor":

It's obvious what it does and why it's named that.

Disadvantages of "MultiChor":

It makes it sound like our library is specifically for people who need multiply-located values and/or cardinality polymorphism. Given the overhead we're seeing in code verbosity so far, that may simply be honest, but it's unfortunate.
We don't actually have concurrency (YET!), contrary to the suggested meaning of "multi-core". But we ought to have concurrency, so maybe this isn't really a bad thing.
