SP Color Palette Tool dead download link #9337

The link in the following paragraph : "You can use the color palette tool to visualize theme colors" (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/solution-guidance/use-composed-looks-to-brand-sharepoint-sites#color-palette-tool) redirects to a page where there is a link to download SP Color Palette Tool but the download does not seem to be available anymore.
