Manually Published app Not visible to Teams App Even after successful "Sync to Teams"

Issue description

When i tried to manually upload .sppkg package to the app catalog app uploads successfully and sync successfully to the Teams. But when open Teams App that app not visible to the Teams Apps.

There is no any error while uploading and sync to the Teams

Steps to reproduce Run command

1. teamsfx provision
2. teamsfx deploy When prompted, select Build SharePoint Package. Follow the procedure to distribute the app on SharePoint https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/sbs-gs-spfx?tabs=cli%2Cviscode&tutorial-step=4#distribute-the-app-package-on-sharepoint
