Issue description

I have users uploading videos to SharePoint environment. They want transcript/captions generated for all videos. Looking more I found a way to turn this feature on by default using powershell script. However I could never read or set the value for property MediaTranscriptionAutomaticFeatues. Also auto captioning is not happening upon uploading videos. Created a support ticket and support analyst could not see it either. I was asked to create an issue here and hence I am creating it here. Please help.
