Expected behavior It should allow to create site using NEW EMPLOYEE DEPARTMENTAL ONBOARDING SITE Template.

Hi, Thanks for using the Look Book site. Unfortunately, without a Correlation ID, it is really difficult to figure out what went wrong. Can you test this one more time and, in case of any failure, share the updated Correlation ID (by creating a new issue) for us to double-check the flow? You can eventually find the Correlation ID in the error email that you will receive or by pressing F12 in the browser during provisioning and searching for a request for https://lookbook.microsoft.com/tenant/home/IsProvisioningCompleted?correlationId=. Thanks.
