A work-around on Windows 10 is to open Windows "Display Settings", under "Advanced scaling settings" set custom scaling to 100 and reboot. In Windows 11, this is under Display > Scale & Layout > Custom scaling. Note, this doesn't happen on the very latest Windows 11. I'm on this version and it seems ok. 2023-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5027231)
I'm on Win11 and using 125% Scale. All my other applications are fine with this setting but ShareX is too small to read.
This issue has been around for years, with numerous threads pointing it out. They will never fix it.
This needs attention. I am hoping that by chiming in maybe we can get it fixed.

Settings pane is either too small to read, or too large and values overlap.
