System.Net.ServicePointManager exception #7163

I've tried everything to fix this, as admin privileges.. in other directory... in other user profile... downloaded latest .net version..

please help!

And what did you do exactly to resolve the issue? I'm having exactly same issue.

I just reinstalled power shell
