What can cause an issue for the default hotkey binds in ShareX? #7362

I am using Windows 11 and the default hotkeys for ShareX are great, but when I try to use them, a message pops up saying that there might be a conflicting program that prevents me from using those hotkeys. I have uninstalled the snipping tool app and the message still appears.

BTW I am using a Framework 13 laptop. In case this is an issue with this laptop.

Is this a common issue that can be fixed?

I have a similar problem. I can't find how to get Win11 to relinquish control of the PRTSC button. I tried a few different instructions but no luck so far.

[Rant: Why can't Microsoft make a single page listing all keyboard shortcuts and allow people to change them?! I don't get why they list half a dozen ones to turn on/off and hide the rest. Why can't I change screenshot naming so that there's not a different "Screenshot (100) on every computer! I don't understand their thinking.]
