Add manual GIF start option #7368

Currently, the timer starts right away. However, I may want to setup the boundaries or bring up a window that will normally fade if you click anywhere else (eg, a context menu).

Please add a feature to allow me to optionally manually start a GIF video instead of starting immediately.

It's already available here: Task Settings -> Screen recorder -> Start recording after: If it's enable it will start after set time, if it's disabled you would need to start it manually image
