ShareX is a free and open source program that lets you capture or record any area of your screen and share it with a single press of a key. It also allows uploading images, text or other types of files to many supported destinations you can choose from.
Currently, the timer starts right away. However, I may want to setup the boundaries or bring up a window that will normally fade if you click anywhere else (eg, a context menu).
Please add a feature to allow me to optionally manually start a GIF video instead of starting immediately.

If it's enable it will start after set time, if it's disabled you would need to start it manually
