Tried to do a screen recording capture and get this error message each time. Any ideas?

There are many possibilities for I/O error. Most common are ms forcing onedrive onto user folder, including Document, where Sharex saves files by default. Onedrive can break a lot of software. Another one is just plain old system disk being restrictive.

Both can be solved by opening a new folder on a disk that does not have windows installed and saving your video over there instead.
