feat(angular material): angular material added and theming set

Description

Implemented Angular Material UI and theming based on my tutorial and the official AalogJS documentation.

I have set up theming using media queries to automatically switch between light and dark modes.

Tested the theming in Chrome DevTools by emulating light and dark modes. Also added a mat-raised-button to the index.page.ts to verify that the button component displays correctly with the applied theme.
