Add /preprocess endpoint for maps #227

As with photos, it would be useful to be able to get the preprocessor data easily through the extension.

Transferring to the browser repo as the functionality already exists (the /render/preprocess endpoint doesn't filter by type of graphic, it just passes the request through the preprocessor chain as it does for the normal /render one), but there is no UI to send the request in the extension as there is for embedded images.
