Update Haptics General ReadMe #244

This work item is to update the existing general ReadMe for the haptics code in the browser.

The issue can be closed by updating ReadMe with the following information:

[ ] What this repo contains
[ ] Where/ how is it used? (inputs/outputs)
[ ] any dependencies

Sections to Include:

[ ] audio-haptics renderer and canvas
[ ] communication between 2DIY and browser extension
[ ] info about hAPI library

Looks good, but one suggestion for the sections: something describing the haptic loop used in the browser extension if this is not already intended to be part of communication between 2DIY and browser extension. There's a lot going on there and it deserves some attention, especially since it may be the source of some performance issues.
