Avoid putting maps button onto static maps we cannot handle yet #249

There are cases where we put a button on a map, even though we should already know we won't be able to get a lat/lng to send to the server, so no renderings will be possible. This work item is to improve the intelligence within the browser extension to avoid placing a button on, for example, static map graphics.
