Options page refactoring #287

Although the functionality for the options page is working fine, the code is not very clean. As mentioned in https://github.com/Shared-Reality-Lab/IMAGE-browser/issues/274 , while implementing the test extension functionality it was introducing new regressions. The options page code should be refactored so that we can set the default settings for the test version.

Saw you made changes to options page for the haptic device integration notice. Do you have a sense of how large the refactoring will need to be?
