Entry/Sub-entry of popup menu does not change when the browser/system/UI language is

To recreate

• Download extension, minimum version 0.4.44
• Try to right-click on a photo. Determine whether the popup entry is in English (Interpret this graphic with IMAGE) or in French (Interpréter ce graphique avec IMAGE).
• Change the language setting of browser/system until the extension UI changes its language.
• Now right click on a photo. The entry will still be in the same language as before the UI language changes.

Suspect causes & possible fix

• The context menu entries are created when the extension is downloaded, but not through browser.i18n API, so it remains unchanged.
• Possible fix: adding browser.i18n.getMessage for these entry so they get to reload everytime the language is changed

The context menu will also remain available for those users who might prefer it, so it should follow the language settings.
