404 error when saving request as part of giving feedback on renderings #351

brave on linux, test extension get renderings for a photograph click "our feedback form" link at the bottom of the renderings page click "optional" checkbox Note: error 404 image

Expect: confirmation request properly saved

NOTE: Works fine in Chrome on Linux, but not in Brave. NOTE: @21satvik tried it in Safari on a Mac, and it worked.

Putting in backlog since it is likely Brave only.
