On the CIBC website, when we upload documents during digital verification process - Clicking the radio button triggers IMAGE extension:

Need to check if this is a common issue for other websites as well!

possible fix provided in above PR. Unable to verify the fix as the flow requires creation of new bank account with CIBC and further digital verification after that.
