hAPI js files don't compile when building extension #63

the hAPI JS files don't seem to compile (properly?) when building the extension. If you are testing the haptics extension (from the haptics branch), you will need to manually copy the hAPI folder from the src directory to the main folder of the build directory for now.

Putting in October milestone on assumption that it is key for properly integrating into the extension.
