Create Schemas for additional ML models #460

In order to create the preprocessors mentioned in #455 we need to create schemas for output validation. This issue creating a schema for following preprocessors:

[ ] Action recognition preprocessor (PR - #459 )
[ ] Emotion recognition preprocessor (PR - #461 )
[ ] Dominant Color Detector
[ ] Celebrity Recognition
[ ] Landmark Detection
