[x] Decide on Framework -> we will use WPF as a base framework for our application
[ ] Create a protype that supports switching between views

--> Either Windows Forms or WPF --> Regular VisualStudio Controls are already very good --> Additional controls: https://www.syncfusion.com/products/wpf (there is a free community license) I will test those syncfusion controls once i get the licence

yea that sounds good, wpf would also be my preferde choice. and only use additional stuff if we really have to.
