What license are we working under? Is Apache V2.0 acceptable?

Yep that works. Yeah I was just checking out the upload, sweet! I am getting those "late night ideas" trying to calm down lol. Mobile blood banks and mobile food drives are other components but that is covered by address and allowing a broadcast to expire... I'll upload UI design to github.

Broadcast for need and Broadcast to give, both have a selection of a expiration date.

Cool. I've uploaded a license file and added a license and authors stuff so the legal hurdles should be passed. I copied a boilerplate used in the past, I assigned copyright to you.

Let's open other issues for the non-license related topics. I prefer to keep issues single-topic as it makes them much easier to address. I'll open them now.
