fix no load on mob, cleanup

Fixes a few things:

• No load on mobile, lack of window.eth caused a fn not found err
• clean up top bar
• change buy sgt link to cowswap since it uses both sushi and uni pools
• update default dashboard tvl apy values
• update dao link to snapshot.org from .page for more visibility
