Add a referrals feature for referral rewards from ETH staker yield. i.e.

if the user loads the website via a referral url such as sharedstake.org/ref/<address> cache the address locally
create an advanced options dropdown where users can enter their referral address
Re-use the referral address when making a call to the contracts. if one is supplied us the DepositHelper which fires events
