Use the ConnectButton component, fixed the state so the button works as expected.
Fix up mobile menu layout and prevent body scroll when sidebar is open

ADHOC

Also use actual output token name on Rollover page, as it was showing 'you will receive vETH2'

When trying to connect my wallet on this build: (Firefox on Mac using metamask)

Perhaps an issue needs to be made?
