[v2][docs] Vocs! #195

Currently our docs et al are a mess. We use gitbook, medium, and have some stuff in git.
This is terrible for our SEO

  1. Create a new docs repo for sharedstake using vocs https://github.com/wevm/vocs
  2. migrate chimera-defi medium articles related to sharedstake to vocs
  3. migrate gitbook to vocs
  4. set it up on a server
  5. get a pointer from docs.sharedstake.org or something to the vocs instance going on DNS
