Implement autocompounding of SGT #21

Need to consider how this would be implemented and funded. Initial thoughts: Have an autoharvest of all pools once a day together with a staking of such SGT in the SGT pool. Fees for this can be deducted from yield returns (i.e. sell SGT to fund the cost)

I like badger's 50/50 autocompound/claim, or should we go 100% autocompound? Or no autocompound and just have some sort of zap feature to help our smaller users save a tx? Open to either
