Theres a lot of sell pressure and minimal liquidity for vETH2 as of this moment.

Design a OTC trade contract that allows users to offer up their vETH2 for sale in a trustless manner with no slippage. This makes the curve pool safer for people that genuinely want to add liquidity for rewards. And offers a lower and more attractive price point for users that want to buy veth2.

Key parameters:

1ETH-2vETH2
1% market maker fee to DAO

Bonus:

Allow changing the exchange rate depending on demand and supply. Either manually or automatically in large steps.

initial ETH deposits into Sharedstake started when ETH was ~$1400, allow users to offer up ETH at 50% of that USD price for quicker exit.
