Add option to copy a homework #1601

Description
A teacher told us that he/she has two courses and often the courses get the identical homework. For this, use-case, a copy feature would be helpful.
What it should look like?
Maybe you can press a copy button on the details page. When you press this button, the homework dialog opens and everything is filled out.
