Add a REST API #275

Description

This is a feature request for adding REST API. A REST API would allow other uses to write their own applications around Sharezone.

For everyone who is interested in this ticket: It would be great if you could write your use-case in the comments 🙏

I would use it to have exported data from Untis written to the timetable on Sharezone.
