[Lockdown] Unable to get guild #26

guild = guild if guild else ctx.guild

Need to fetch guild rather than this optionality. WIll adjust later.

Going to be working on this soon in terms of it all.

Closing this. After some thinking it's unneeded and hard to convert into a public cog that everyone would be fine with.
