Why it is not very low: I think it is not just a purely cosmetic problem as stated by the guidelines and does affect the usage in terms of readability and comprehensibility. With a diagram this size, the reader will have to zoom around and keep going back and forth to check where the functions are pointing and where it is from.

Why it is low: The flaw is unlikely to affect the normal operations of the product but it does hinder the reader and causes a small inconvenience when trying to understand how the handleCustomCommand works. For example, to read the words in the diagram the reader will have to zoom in (as shown below) but after zooming in, the UML diagram is no longer clear as the reader can only see arrows going across the page and not where it points to.
