Load order issue causing conflicts (?)

Affected AddOns (according to ticket and comments):

• ulvui (typo? probably ElvUI) (Untested locally)
• Skada (Running Skada with BodyguardHealth causes no issues for me)
• Titan Panel (No bugs after load order fix)
• AskMrRobot (Untested locally)
• NeedToKnow (Untested locally)
• "Many others" -User on Curse

Possible points of bug entry (choosing base commit as 8adf847aac2f5778f13790511040289946d9d8af that does not have the bug):

Tag v2.1.1 contains AceGUI-3.0-SharedMediaWidgets added in TOC (51abb42) but not the later load order fix. Most likely cause of bug. Users updating to latest alpha should not experience issue.

Unable to reproduce

Have users tested with latest alpha including load order fix commit? Probably not.

Tagging f0a5a1b as v2.1.2 and pushing it as hotfix, should resolve the issues users are having.
